Select ‘Post a Job’ and follow the instructions for each of the fields to complete your job request.
No, once submitted, service requests cannot be modified as previously submitted offers may be invalidated; any changes require a new request submission.
Follow the ‘Post a Service Listing’ screen where each field explains whether the information is mandatory or optional.
Select your desired service, settle the platform fee, and the expert will start service delivery upon payment confirmation.
Payments for delivered services are settled directly between the customer and the expert provider upon agreement of job delivery completion.
After logging in, just click on your name in the top menu to access your menu, where you can easily select your orders, messages, bookings, and manage your profile. It’s your one-stop spot to stay on top of everything!
A booking confirmation is sent to your email as soon as the platform fee payment has been successfully processed.
The platform fee is a charge payable to KiwiGigs upon booking, which is later deducted from the final payment between customer and expert (expert pays). The platform fee enables KiwiGigs to maintain and operate its platform, software, and to provide customer support.
The platform fee is currently set to $5 per booking plus 5% of the job budget.
