Pre-Natal Massage (During Pregnancy)

I tailor each session to address your specific needs, whether you’re experiencing back pain, swelling, or just the general fatigue that often comes with pregnancy.

  • Supporting Emotional and Physical Recovery: Birth is an intense experience, and I’ll work with you to ease any emotional or physical strain. My massage will help reduce stress and enhance your overall sense of well-being as you navigate the new chapter of motherhood.

  • Pelvic and Abdominal Support: Depending on your recovery and comfort, I may also offer gentle abdominal massage to help ease any discomfort related to your uterus and pelvic floor, aiding in the healing process.
