How to Post a Job Request
If you require expert services or expertise and want your job request to be listed on the KiwiGigs platform, follow these steps to create your FREE job request:
Step 1: Register or Log In
- Visit kiwigigs.co.nz.
- Select Post a Job from the header menu or home page.
- Click Register to create an account or Sign In if you already have one.
- Complete the registration form (email, password).
Step 2: Start a new Job Request
- After having signed in, click on the Post a Job button.
- This will open the request form where you can provide details about the service or task you need.
Step 3: Fill Out Request Details
- Fill in the information about your job according to the ‘Post a Job Request’ screen. Each field provides an explanation of the required details and indicates whether the information is mandatory or optional.
Step 4: Preview Your Request
- Before submitting, check how your job request will appear to experts.
- Check for accuracy and ensure everything looks professional.
- Note that the request cannot be modified once submitted. If further changes are required, a new request must be created.
Step 5: Submit Your Request
- Once you are satisfied, click Submit Request.
- Your job request may require approval from the KiwiGigs administrator. You’ll be notified via email once it’s live.
Step 6: Review Offers
- Once your request is live, expert service providers will begin to submit offers or proposals.
- Review the offers, compare their experience, pricing, and ratings, and choose the one that fits your terms and needs.
Step 7: Select an Expert Service Provider
- Once you find the right expert, accept their offer and communicate with them to finalize details.
- After the service is completed, be sure to mark the job as completed, and leave a review to help others on the platform.
By following these steps, users will be able to successfully post a FREE request and find the right expert to help with their task or project.
