We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to resolve issues efficiently. Key responsibilities include responding to customer questions, processing orders or returns, updating customer records, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
